KEYNOTE SPEAKING
Bringing together deep insight, humour and music to help your audience feel connected and alive.
‘‘Time and again, our clients refer back to Sarah’s sessions as a critically transformative part of their experience with us.”
– Natasha Tamiru , Google
I’m a TEDx speaker, keynote presenter for C-Suite audiences, and seasoned podcast guest. With a background in teaching and facilitation, I’ve worked with some of the world’s leading companies, sharing my ideas in a dynamic, interactive, and humorous way.
My talks are insightful, engaging, and full of energy - whether it’s starting a TEDx with a ukulele solo, getting a room dancing to Livin’ on a Prayer, or co-creating a song to a Destiny’s Child banger, audiences leave energised, inspired, and often laughing.
I’ve spoken at TEDx Newnham, Google, Sunday Assembly, Happy Start Up Summercamp, and The European Start Up Festival. Across conferences, corporate events, and festivals, I bring both safe hands and vibrant energy to every stage.
Topics I speak on include:
Following the aliveness — designing a life and business around what energises you
Knowing when to quit
The joy of promo — finding fun and meaning in putting yourself out there
What’s on your Carousel? — helping multipassionates focus on what matters
Beautiful endings — how to celebrate transitions and closure
How to have honest conversations
Portfolio careers and freelance life
My style blends depth, humour, music, and audience interaction, creating talks that are thought-provoking, memorable, and highly engaging. I help audiences connect with big ideas in a way that feels playful, immersive, and unique.
“Sarah is a world class operator”
– Henry May - CEO of Co-School
“Sarah’s talk was a perfect antidote to the fear-based, scarcity-driven thinking that dominates so much of business. Sarah offers a more human approach: paying attention to what genuinely feels alive. Through her own story she brings this idea to life in a way that’s both grounded and inspiring. Our attendees came away with permission to trust themselves and see their work and lives differently.”
– Carlos Saba - Happy Start Up
“Sarah is an amazing facilitator/ story teller. She got 40 hard nosed consultants to engage with ukulele. Thank you for your energy and sense of play - really lit up our evening!”
– Sharlin Elahi - Ernst and Young
