The Carousel Framework

Hand-drawn diagram of a circular chart titled 'The Nine Essentials' with sections labeled 'Getting,' 'Back of Carousel,' 'My Radar,' 'Beginning into Focus,' and 'Finishing.' Notes surrounding the chart include instructions for grounding, focus, and project planning, emphasizing importance of focus, attention, and prioritiation.

KNOWING WHEN TO QUIT

TEDx Newnham

A woman in black standing on a stage, pointing upward, speaking to an audience during a presentation. Behind her is a projection of a wooded park scene with trees and sunlight filtering through. The wall behind her has black leaf-shaped decorations, and a guitar rests on a stand nearby. Audience members are seated, listening to the speaker.

Knowing When to Quit - delivered at TEDx Newnham in 2018 - a more compassionate approach to quitting.

Knowing When to Quit Podcast

Cover of a podcast titled 'Knowing When to Quit' by Sarah Weiler. The background is bright yellow with a maze pattern in purple, and there is a silhouette of a person walking with a shadow.

This podcast explores how we navigate the uncertainty and rollercoaster of emotions that comes with knowing when to quit.

COMMUNITIES I’VE BUILT

Creative Residence-sea

A woman with tattoos and a dress is performing or speaking to a group of people at an indoor gathering or party. The audience is seated and standing, enjoying the event. The room has warm lighting and a window in the background.

In 2023 I took on a 4-bedroom house in Brighton for a year and turned it into a creative co-living experiment for people who wanted a sense of family, but had no children of their own. I called it my Sea-batical - a year of exploring a creative communal life by the sea - but 3 years on and I’m still here. The house has become a pillar of the community hosting singing days, happiness circles, cabarets, fiestas and many a witchy ritual.

Psy Fit

An illustrated alien character in colorful workout clothes performs a fitness pose with a vibrant pink background and radiant green lines. Text reads "PSY-FIT" with the slogan "Let's bass the music and trance."

(Since 2025) Think ‘Jane Fonda having a spiritual awakening’.

At a Psy-Trance Festival last summer I realised that I’d been accidentally doing mega cardio for 7 days straight, so I’ve turned it into a class where you can both get fit and maybe ascend to another dimension. Are you ready to BASS the music and TRANCE? Weekly classes at Sea Gym, Brighton.

Day of Musical Joy

Group of twelve people gathered around a keyboard in a warmly decorated room, celebrating with smiles and gestures, with colorful bunting hanging from the ceiling.

(Since 2019) a regular musical meet up at my house where we nourish ourselves with heart-warming singing, shared food and community connection. Every ‘DOMJ’ the community votes on a medley  - from Robbie to All Saints to Self Esteem. Anyone can lead a song, and the focus is on singing together, rather than musical excellence (but I like to think the latter also happens from all the damn joy that’s happening!).

LEADERSHIP & COACHING BRANDS

Power of Uke

A logo featuring a stylized guitar headstock with purple curved lines on each side and the text "POWER OF UK" below in bold black letters.

(Since 2012)

Power of Uke is an immersive leadership experience where we teach the ukulele from scratch in order to help people understand their relationship to risk taking, creativity and team work. After 12 years the workshops have had global appeal and have been incorporated into leadership programmes at two of the big four.

Coaching for Teachers

Graphic featuring two simplified human icons sitting at a table with the text 'Coaching for Teachers' on a red background.

(Since 2022)

I’ve been coaching SLT and Middle Leaders in schools offering support with Leadership and Wellbeing. This came out of my own experience burning out in the profession and wanting to give teachers a safe, neutral, confidential space to process the challenges of the job.

MUSIC AND COMEDY

THE THREE SARAHS

Sarah Nade

Sarah Weiler with short hair and glasses, wearing a red sleeveless top and black pants, is sitting on a stool on stage, playing a small red ukulele and singing into a microphone, with a dark curtain as the background.

I’ve been writing comedy songs my whole life, but it especially peaked when I was a teacher and needed a way to process the stress.

Since 2009 I’ve penned 50+ comedy songs, including 4 viral hits (I’m told my GDPR song still gets used in corporate training!) The Sauna Song in 2024 made BBC Breakfast news!

Sarah Tonin

Sarah Weiler with short blonde hair smiling as she wears headphones while working at DJ equipment and a laptop in a dark room.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing an entire dance floor come alive. I regularly DJ for weddings, parties and festivals, including a 3hr silent disco set for 3000 people at Glastonbury, and for a Musical Theatre Rave at Heaven night club. I specialise in 90s throwback, UK Garage and a sprinkling of Latino. (See more in Music for Events).

Sarah Moany

A promotional poster for an event titled 'Return to the Zone' on April 3rd at 12 PM PT / 8 PM UK. The event features Sarah Moany consulting tarot cards, life advice, and puns. The poster has a space-themed background with stars, circular graphics, and a cartoon map of a sea scene with ships and marine life in the upper right corner, along with text providing details about the event and a URL at the bottom.

(Since 2019) Sarah Moany is a comedy character I created. She’s an Australian spiritual healer who has had a short but mighty career. During lockdown she created intuitive videos every new and full moon, was the resident astrologer on the Big Boogaloo Breakfast Show, and has also tried her hand at stand up. She doesn’t take life too seriously and will always find an opportunity to do a cheeky tarot.

A Night of Nostalgia with Sarah Nade

Sarah Weiler with blonde hair singing into a microphone on stage with black curtains and purple lighting.

In 2026 I created a throwback show, which was a trip down memory lane of my back catalogue of songs. I performed it at The Actors, Brighton.

Here was the invite:

Join me as I sing through the ''hits'' from 2009 spanning a career in teaching, navigating freelance London life, and the fun politics of 2016. Some of it will still feel true today; some of it will be awkwardly out of date - you decide.

OTHER MUSICAL OFFERINGS

Wearing My Dry Robe

A group of people wearing colorful dry robes standing on a pebble beach with buildings and a bridge in the background.

Jan 2024 - One of my favourite things I’ve ever created. A parody of Wiley’s ‘Wearing my Rolex’ called ‘Wearing my Dry Robe’ where we simultaneously take down and revere the mighty Dry Robe and its prevalence in Brighton life. The song amassed over 200k views across all platforms.

Noughtie 90s Piano Sing-along

A large outdoor concert with a lively crowd and a colorful stage featuring three performers, one woman playing a keyboard, another woman dancing, and a man singing into a microphone with his arm raised. The backdrop displays a vibrant sign that reads 'Iris Sing Along Pop' with purple stage lights illuminating the scene.

(Since 2023) - an offshoot of Day of Musical Joy. We started taking the piano singalong to festivals to an unexpectedly huge reception. In 2025 we performed to 3500 people at Glastonbury and were featured on BBC Breakfast! We do weddings, festivals and parties and do anything from a 70s-modern day although our big love is 90s/00s throwback. (See more in Music for Events).

Musical Theatre Composition

Sarah Weiler with blonde hair wearing a sparkly gold jacket sitting at a wooden table outdoors, playing a keyboard with sheet music, in a forested area.

I work as a freelance composer for Musical Theatre.

  • I’ve collaborated with lyricist Lois Zoppi to write original music for a new musical Bone Deep, performed at Camden Fringe in 2021.

  • I’ve written for Katy Schutte’s - introvert the musical

I am also a pianist and am regularly used as the accompanist for musical improv shows (including at Brighton Fringe and for Hoopla).
